I think this is one of the quotes that got me started:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Mayor Secor gave generously to both Racine hospitals and to the Taylor Home. He had an annual &#8220;thirteenth pay day&#8221; for his workers, when they received an extra month&#8217;s salary.
