This looks like an interesting person to research: Elisheva Schwartz. I found her in Dennis Tully‘s 1938 Racine County Bar Association photo. Here is her obituary — what a life!

Sandy Mott says:

Knew them all. Quite an impressive family.

I knew them all for quite a few years in different settings. The first was working at the Bus Station, 6th & Park. I worked there through high school as a short order cook and waitress. This is where I met merchants and business men from the downtown area. It was their lunch time gathering place. Ben could always be seen with a very large green cigar in his mouth and his large black horn-rimmed glasses.

PS. Ellie wore the same glasses too! Made for quite the pair.
